Su and Sharon

Su Garrett BA

Su’s goal as owner is to create a learning environment where children are the priority and have generous, uninterrupted time to play, explore and build relationships with others. Through play and shared experiences, children learn alongside their peers and develop a strong sense of belonging within the community.

As the Approved Provider, Su is actively involved in the service and works closely with the Nominated Supervisor and lead educators to support a high-quality curriculum and a culture of reflective practice.

Our approach

We provide a welcoming ‘home away from home’ environment where children and families feel they belong and are part of our community. Indoors, we provide a calm, relaxed, unrushed learning environment that encourages imaginative play and exploration. Our outdoor areas feature texturally rich nature play-spaces where children can run, play, imagine, explore and learn.

Our philosophy, centred around the pillars of Community, Curiosity and Connection, is that children are competent and resourceful learners from birth and we seek to extend that learning in partnership with children and families.

Bilbies

0–2 Years

Our Bilbies room offers a calm, nurturing and home-like environment where children and families develop a strong sense of belonging from their very first days with us. The space is thoughtfully designed to feel safe, familiar and unhurried, allowing children to explore at their own pace.

Resources are carefully selected and placed within easy reach, inviting curiosity and supporting each child’s stage of development. Through play, children begin to make sense of their world, building confidence as capable and active learners.

Koala

2–3 Years

The Koala room is a welcoming and familiar space that fosters a strong sense of wellbeing and belonging. Designed to feel like a home away from home, the environment supports children as they grow in confidence and independence.

A rich selection of natural and open-ended materials invites children to explore, create and imagine. Through these experiences, children develop not only their creativity, but also a strong sense of identity and self.

Junior Preschool

3–4 Years

In Junior Preschool, children’s social worlds expand as they begin to build deeper connections with peers and develop a growing sense of responsibility and independence.

Outdoor Environment

Our outdoor environment is an integral part of our learning environment, offering children rich opportunities to explore, discover and connect with the natural world.

The environment includes natural elements including established trees, gardens, rocks, grassed areas and sandpits, creating a texturally rich and engaging landscape. These spaces invite children to move, investigate, problem-solve and express themselves creatively.

Explore & Develop Conder have been so wonderful since transferring here last year after being unhappy with another centre. A smaller centre was what we were looking for and we have loved watching our son grow and learn so many new things and always enjoys arriving to greet the staff each morning.

I cannot fault this beautiful centre! I am beyond happy sending my daughter here knowing she is well looked after and cared for. We did a few tours of different centres and I am so happy with our decision to send her here. The centre itself is beautiful, clean and very well set out, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond for families aswell as the children attending the centre. My daughter always comes home raving about her day excited to go back. Thankyou for everything you do to accomodate so well for my daughter.

Fees & Inclusions

The daily fees for 2026

We are an approved Child Care Subsidy (CCS) service, which means eligible families will receive three days per week of subsidised care.

Use our CCS calculator for an estimate of your individual fees, or contact us and we’ll help you with it.

Our 2026 fees are outlined below. Note these fees are before CCS, which will significantly reduce out-of-pocket costs.

Our service is also eligible for Start Strong Fee Relief, providing a further saving for families of 3- and 4-year-old children, in addition to CCS.

Nursery (0-2 years)	$170/day
Early learning (2-3 years)	$170/day
Preschool (3-5 years)	$170/day

Our daily fee is all-inclusive, covering nutritious meals, snacks and drinks, nappies, wipes, sunscreen, bedding, educational programs and learning materials.
