As part of the Explore & Develop group, our franchisees are supported by our highly experienced, professional management and operations teams who uphold and contribute to the values and philosophy of the business. They provide ongoing professional and personal development, training, support and guidance in all operational, legislation and procedural aspects of the business.
Trading under the successful and well respected Explore & Develop brand, our franchisees receive ongoing training, support and advice and are able to utilise our extensive intellectual property, resources and ideas.

About you
- First and foremost, you are someone who really wants to make a difference in the lives of young Australians and have proven skills in leadership, communication and people management, having led a team in previous roles.
- You will be genuinely passionate about providing quality early childhood education and care services to families, and a desire to make a positive contribution in your local community.
- You will have, or be prepared to obtain, the formal early childhood education and care qualifications required by Explore & Develop to own and operate your own early childhood education and care service.
- You are willing to work full time in your business to establish and maintain a high-quality service and ensure its success.
- We will provide training and mentoring and can support you to attain the required qualifications and operational licences.
- We only welcome new owners to the group who demonstrate a sincere passion for the sector and a willingness to contribute to the collaborative culture of Explore & Develop.
